WWF All Star Wrestling – May 30, 1981

We finally get to the start of a new taping cycle after stretching the last taping over four weeks by playing old matches. Hopefully they compensated for the longer usage by doing more matches per taping. Guess we’ll find out tonight. This week’s episode was filmed on May 20th, 1981 from Hamburg, PA as usual. WWF All Star Wrestling – April 18, 1981

Last week we saw the debuts of Mil Mascaras and George the Animal Steele, plus the ladies made their first appearance. Tonight we have Domenic Denucci versus Killer Khan as our main event, plus Sgt Slaughter is in action. Should be an interesting main event, as Khan doesn’t seem to be with Blassie on a regular basis. Let’s go to the ring.

Last week we had appearances from the World Heavyweight Champion, Bob Backlund and Andre the Giant, with both in action. Going to be hard to top that, as we don’t get either man very often. Tonight we get a tag match with the Moondogs, not quite the same. Let’s go to the ring.

Last week we had the debut of Magnificent Don Muraco, and a great tag team contest between the champions, Rick Martel & Tony Garea, defeating Johnny Rodz & The Hangman.
