We’ve finally made it to December, and we’re almost finished with 1981. Last week on All Star we got to see the title reign of Don Muraco come to a screeching halt at the hands of Pedro Morales. This made Pedro the first ever two time Intercontinental Champion. Tonight Pedro is in action, also Greg Valentine faces SD Jones. Let’s go to the ring.

WWF From Madison Square Garden – November 23, 1981

We finally head back to MSG for a house show, this is the second and final one for the year on the Network. Wish they had more of these, as they are so fun. This runs about ninety minutes, so some matches are missing, but we have a main event of Bob Backlund versus Greg Valentine. Plus Don Muraco faces Pedro Morales, which should be a good match. Previously on All Star Wrestling Valentine, Adonis, Fuji & Saito, and Killer Khan among others had easy wins. Last week on All Star Wrestling, Greg Valentine tried to end the young career of Curt Hennig with the Figure Four and tossing him from the ring. This injured Curt, who suffered a dislocated kneecap, but he will return. This week we have Andre the Giant in action plus a handicap match with Angelo Mosca and a debut! Let’s go to the ring.

After a brief visit to the Mid-Atlantic territory we return to the Northeast for another episode of All-Star. For the next few months we will alternate between shows as they both air the same day. Previously on All Star Wrestling we premiered a new opening video and music, which was a nice change. The tag team champions were in action in a very good match with Ron Shaw and Johnny Rodz, plus Greg Valentine and George Steele squashed some new jobbers. This week Mil Mascaras returns to action. Previously on All Star Wrestling, the Intercontinental Champion Don Muraco defeated Curt Hennig in our main event. We also saw the debut of Captain Lou Albano’s newest tag team, Mr Fuji and Mr Saito. Roberto Soto made his debut and George Steele and Killer Khan demolished their respective opponents. Tonight Don Muraco faces a tough challenge in Domenic Denucci. Let’s go to the ring.
