WWF All Star Wrestling – May 16, 1981

Last week for some strange reason, they decided to air two matches not from that taping. One from seven years ago and the other seemed to be from Championship Wrestling. Not sure why they did that, but this would the third and final part of the taping from April 29th, so hopefully it’s back to normal. Tonight’s show is headlined by the Moondogs versus Tony Garea & Rick Martel for the Tag Team Championships. Let’s go to the ring.

WWF All Star Wrestling – April 11, 1981

After a very well done house show, with some great action from Patterson and Slaughter, we return to All Star Wrestling. The Network doesn’t have the blow off match to the Patterson/Slaughter feud, but I have it, so it will be added at the end of the appropriate show. Tonight’s episode features comments from the former Tag Team Champions and another debut. Let’s go to the ring.

WWF All Star Wrestling – April 4, 1981

Last week’s episode was not the most exciting, other than seeing a very young and very green King Kong Bundy. However this week, we finish off the taping rotation, with a huge match. The Tag Titles are on the line as the champions will defends against The Moondogs, plus Andre the Giant is joining us tonight. This is going to be great. Let’s go to the ring.

WWF All Star Wrestling – March 28, 1981

Last week we had appearances from the World Heavyweight Champion, Bob Backlund and Andre the Giant, with both in action. Going to be hard to top that, as we don’t get either man very often. Tonight we get a tag match with the Moondogs, not quite the same. Let’s go to the ring.

WWF All Star Wrestling – March 14, 1981

After last week’s shocking Cobra Clutch Challenge, where does the Patterson and Slaughter feud go from here. Did Patterson break the hold, or did Slaughter, knowing it was about to be broken, release the hold? What is the status of Patterson after the attack with the chair and subsequent Cobra Clutch? Hopefully we find out these answers on tonight’s episode. Let’s go to the ring.

Coming to us, as always from Hamburg, PA we progress along into March! Last week we had the debut of Magnificent Don Muraco, and a great tag team contest between the champions, Rick Martel & Tony Garea, defeating Johnny Rodz & The Hangman. Tonight we are joined by the number one contenders to the tag titles, The Moondogs and another Cobra Clutch Challenge. Let’s go to the ring.

WWF All Star Wrestling – February 14, 1981

Last week on All Star Wrestling we saw the debut of Angelo Mosca who destroyed his opponent. Captain Lou Albano challenged the tag champions, Rick Martel & Tony Garea, on behalf of his Moondogs for a title match. When and where we get this match hopefully we find out soon. Tonight a new tag team is formed as Fred Blassie combines the Hangman with Killer Khan, can he find the success that Albano has with teams? Let’s go to the ring.

WWF All Star Wrestling – February 7, 1981

Last week we had a six man tag and a Cobra Clutch Challenge take place. Jim Duggan was unable to survive the Cobra Clutch and did not win the five grand. Tonight someone takes the chance, as we open a new taping cycle. Also scheduled for tonight is Stan Hansen in action and more. Let’s go to the ring.

Last week we saw a great tag team match with Martel and Garea defeating the Baron and Jose. This week I don’t the feature tag match will be as good with Moondogs face Denucci and a new partner. Also tonight is Jim Duggan versus Stan Hansen, which could be interesting. Let’s go to the ring.

It’s time for the first new taping of 1981, in Hamburg, PA as usual. Wonder how long till we move to a new locale, been here for a long time? Hopefully it’s an updated opener too, as tired of seeing Putski, Andre, etc but I feel like that isn’t happening. With this being a new taping rotation we might some new blood tonight, but we know for sure we are seeing the tag team Champions, Rick Martel & Tony Garea. Let’s go to the ring.
