WWF All Star Wrestling – December 12, 1981

Previously on All Star Wrestling, Adrian Adonis, Pedro Morales and The Masked Executioner won squash matches. Greg Valentine also won a big match defeating SD Jones in a very good television match. Tonight Jesse Ventura is in action, along with Pedro Morales. Let’s go to the ring.

WWF All Star Wrestling – October 10, 1981

The previous week’s episode is another lost episode, which featured wins from Mil Mascaras, Pedro Morales, Angelo Mosca, Killer Khan, Don Muraco and Fuji and Saito. Muraco won a handicap match, as those return again, they were big on those back then. Tonight Greg Valentine faces Curt Hennig, in a battle of future Intercontinental Champions, and Tony Atlas in action. Let’s hope it’s from this year. Let’s go to the ring.

WWF All Star Wrestling – September 26, 1981

To the Northeast for another exciting episode of All Star Wrestling. Last week Rick McGraw announced his retirement due to injuries from Killer Khan, which Freddie Blassie and Khan relished in. SD Jones & Domenic Denucci scored a win, as did Mr Fuji & Mr Saito in tag action. Khan, Greg Valentine and Roberto Soto also won their respective matches. This week we have Angelo Mosca in action, plus the tag team Champions, Rick Martel & Tony Garea. Let’s go to the ring.

WWF All Star Wrestling – September 5, 1981

Last week ended the last taping cycle, and I guess they were a little short as we got a match with Tony Atlas from 3 years earlier. That was very weird, as they’ve shown it already once before this year. Anyway, this week starts the next taping and tonight we have the Tag Champions facing Johnny Rodz and Mikel Scicluna among others. Let’s go to the ring.

WWF All Star Wrestling – August 8, 1981

Previously on All Star Wrestling, the Intercontinental Champion Don Muraco defeated Curt Hennig in our main event. We also saw the debut of Captain Lou Albano’s newest tag team, Mr Fuji and Mr Saito. Roberto Soto made his debut and George Steele and Killer Khan demolished their respective opponents. Tonight Don Muraco faces a tough challenge in Domenic Denucci. Let’s go to the ring.

WWF All Star Wrestling – June 6, 1981

A new month brings us to the middle of 1981, and it’s been a great year so far with lots of new faces. Some exciting, some not so much. We’ve lost a few names from last year, some may return in the future, others are gone for good. Steve King continues his losing streak, as does Angelo Gomez, and a few others, while others are still undefeated. Tonight, in Hamburg, PA, we continue the year and our feature bout is Johnny Rodz & Baron Mikel Scicluna facing former tag champions, Rick Martel & Tony Garea. Let’s go to the ring.

We finally get to the start of a new taping cycle after stretching the last taping over four weeks by playing old matches. Hopefully they compensated for the longer usage by doing more matches per taping. Guess we’ll find out tonight. This week’s episode was filmed on May 20th, 1981 from Hamburg, PA as usual. Tonight our main event is Rick McGraw versus Angelo Mosca. Let’s go to the ring.

WWF All Star Wrestling – May 2, 1981

We enter another new taping cycle, and with each cycle I’m seeing more and more changes to what I recognize and less of the seventies look. Even some of the old guard is fading away and more of the mid eighties names are appearing, like George Steele, Don Muraco, Moondogs, etc. Soon we’ll see debuts from Greg Valentine, Nikolai Volkoff, and others. It’s interesting to see the changes as the WWF starts to get more of the weird and wild characters and away from the serious people. Not a lot of people were fans of the change, but it changed not just the WWF but the public perception of wrestling as well. The changes happen slowly, but watching these shows you can see it happening. At the end of this episode is a bonus match, not on the Network but it needs to be seen, stay tuned. After a very lackluster episode last week, we come to the final part of this taping. Tonight we have a six man tag match as the former champions, Rick Martel and Tony Garea team with SD Jones. Hopefully we get some more good stuff this week. Let’s go to the ring.

WWF All Star Wrestling – March 21, 1981

Last week we had a great six man match with the Tag Champions and Rick McGraw. Tonight the champions have a different partner, a man who probably weighs as much as the tag champions, Andre the Giant. Yes, it’s a very rare appearance from the Eighth Wonder of the World, as Andre gets in the ring tonight. Also scheduled to join us is the World Champion, Bob Backlund as this seems to be a very stacked episode. Let’s go to the ring.
